Museum of Curiosities

I would like to welcome you to the exhibit currently on display in my living room. This is a limited engagement curated by Ms. Five and Mr. Three. The exhibit is a diverse collection, with themes spanning from Egyptology to the earth sciences to the abstract. I apologize for the poor quality of the photos. The museum is poorly lit.

First, we have a fine example of “mummy skin”:

Next, we have a “rock from the moon that has been decorated”:

Moving on to the abstract, we have a “picture made of tape”:

And “a machine”:

Due to the subjective nature of art, it is unclear to me precisely where the exhibits end and where the chaos of daily life begins. I’d like to go ahead and say that art is all around us. On more than one occasion art at the Tate gallery in London has been mistaken for trash and thrown away. Could this vignette be part of the museum as well?

Perhaps this is an installation piece?

Harsh light would damage the artifacts, obviously.
